Join us in the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Service
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with relevant stroke rehabilitation experience to join our interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation of adults (over the age of 16 years) affected by stroke.
The Role: Where you fit it
You’ll be bringing your Occupational Therapy skills to the fore in our interdisciplinary team. You’ll facilitate and enable occupation for patients by assessing, providing rehabilitation, and addressing their needs, preferences and capacities in the context of their own environment.
In this patient centred role you will require excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. You will need to be well organised and manage a variety of clinical cases.
