The Role: What This Opportunity’s All About

 

The Community Alcohol and Drug Service (CADS) located at Hillmorton Hospital, provides specialised clinical work with consumers experiencing co-existing alcohol and/or drug dependence and moderate to severe mental health needs. We are seeking a Registered Nurse, who will add value, expertise and energy to this stable and cohesive team. Our motivated and dedicated team works collaboratively with a consumer centered approach.

 

In this role you will be working along side clients who are treated for Opioid Substance Dependence, while maintaining day to day Case Management.

 

It is essential that you are able to work autonomously with a degree of flexibility to meet the individual needs of your clients. Previous experience in alcohol and drug or mental health, with an appropriate health professional qualification is required. 

 

  • Part time permanent 0.8FTE
  • Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30 to 5 pm.
