The Team: What we do

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Team Leader to join our team at the Sexual Health Clinic on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week

As an experienced Administrator you will know what it takes to provide great customer service - as part of your role will be on reception, welcoming patients and gathering and entering patient details either in person or on the phone, as well as Administration leadership and support to a team of three.  This is a varied role so your ability to organise and prioritise your workload, coupled with your desire to help those around you will see you succeed in this position.  You would be the Administrator within a multidisciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses and support staff.


The Role: Where you fit in

  • Medtech32 experience is desirable, however full training will be given
  • Previous, proven leadership skills and examples of how you lead
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Accurate and efficient data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft applications, word, excel, power point and be able to display data in graphs and tables.
