  • Monday 8 hours, Tuesday - Thursday 8am start (flexible)

The Team: What we do

The Child Development Service is a community-based team that is looking for an experienced Administrator who will provide accurate clerical support to the Clinical Manager and Therapists in the Child Development Service as well as other Canterbury District Health Board teams holding clinics at Montreal House. This newly created position came about to support our ever-increasing teams.


The Role: Where you fit in

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·  All aspects of administration and office support

·  Knowledge of health system preferred

·  Knowledge of SIPICS is advantageous

·  Good interpersonal skills

·  Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders 

·  Be a team player with the ability to lend a hand as needed


Your skills will include:

  • Due to high volume documentation attention to detail is a must
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and dignity of all who come into the service
  • Ability to remain composed when meeting deadlines
