Café Assistants | Christchurch Health Campus
Start Date – As soon as possible
- Café Assistant, Willow Lane - Thursday to Friday 3:30pm – 8:15pm | 9.5 hours per week, starting rate of $28.63 per hour
- Café Assistant, Great Escape Café - Tuesday and Sunday 4:00pm – 8:00pm | 8 hours per week, starting rate of $28.63 per hour
- Café Assistant, Great Escape Café - Friday and Saturday 4:00pm – 8:00pm | 8 hours per week, starting rate of $28.63 per hour
- Casual Café Assistants x2 - Casual hours as needed. Starting
rate of $28.63 per hour
About the Role
Our Cafe Assistants support the team in providing excellent customer service and assisting with daily operations. You will follow instructions from the Supervisor to serve customers and prepare food and beverages safely and work with the team to ensure the cafe is clean, well-organised, and runs smoothly.
About You
Our café assistants are responsible for providing impeccable customer service, food preparation and carrying out general café duties, cash handling, cleaning, washing dishes.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and flexible candidate who is able to bring their passion for food and coffee, and love for people to our team.
Adaptability is essential as the successful candidate will be required to work across multiple work areas on campus.
