Role
We are seeking a causal Health Care Assistant with a passion and commitment to the delivery of high standard of care for our patients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, forward thinking and supportive environment.
The role of a Health Care Assistant varies from day to day but you will be there to make sure that the unit is running smoothly and to its highest potential. This could mean performing a variety of tasks such as:
- Basic patient care
- Patient watch
- Cleaning and tidying the ward/house keeping
- Assisting the nursing team with a variety of tasks on the ward.
- Ensuring that patients have the best experience possible.
This is a casual position so there are no set hours.
Just as and when required to help cover sick and annual leave.
