Clinical Administrator | Christchurch Hospital
- Christchurch – Christchurch Health Campus – Outpatients
- Permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday shifts 8.30am – 5pm

About the Role
Christchurch Outpatients team provide a high level of customer service to staff and whanau.
We deliver Front of House care to all who come into Christchurch Outpatients and provide administration support to the Christchurch Outpatients and General Surgery Booking Teams.
We’re looking for an amazing person whose personality is welcoming and friendly. If you can prioritise multiple work tasks, enjoy working in a high functioning team, and have a passion for arranging administration tasks for our patients we would like to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, and once you understand the tasks and systems can be self-directed, making this role your own.
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 4/Profile 4A

About you
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing great service and direction to customers, staff and whānau
- Professional timely service
- Administration tasks as requested, including referral processing, telephones, processing of appointments, report reconciliation.

- Experienced customer service with the ability to go above and beyond
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Clear precise communication skills
- Technically savvy – quick at picking up new applications/systems
- Ability to achieve accuracy and maintain attention to detail
