The Role: What This Opportunity’s All About
In this senior nursing leadership role of Clinical Team Coordinator, you will work as part of the after-hours team at the Burwood Hospital. As the CTC you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring optimum patient care, through appropriate coordination of the after-hours interdisciplinary team, and the provision of clinical advice and guidance to staff. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all disciplines and occupational groups. It is essential you are a Senior Registered Nurse with advanced clinical and assessment skills, relevant nursing experience, and demonstrated ability in the following:
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Work autonomously and in partnership with staff
- Contribute to and accommodate change
- Have, or be working towards a relevant post graduate qualification
- This role is 0.6 FTE, working rostered shifts to suit the service
