Community Mental Health Nurse - East Community Service
- 1 FTE, permanent, Monday to Friday position
- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and must have a mental health scope of practice.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive Multi-Disciplinary Team.

The Team: What we do
The East Adult Community Psychiatric Service has an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with mental health experience to join their community team. East Sector provides an assessment and treatment service for consumers with mental illnesses, and works closely with their families/ whanau - both in the community and alongside inpatient services.

As a professional and highly motivated nurse, who displays a positive attitude and enthusiasm for this area of work, you will enjoy being part of a committed and diverse MDT team. You will work in collaboration with a group of professionals that recognises the importance of providing quality care and services to their patients, friends and whanau. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, and in collaboration with our clients and their family/whanau, primary care, community supports and our inpatient team, you will have an ability to effectively manage and prioritise a caseload in this permanent case management position.
