About the Role
As an Endocrinologist at Christchurch Hospital, you will provide specialist care for patients with a range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and metabolic bone disorders. You will work closely with a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
This part time role includes inpatient and outpatient services, participation in multidisciplinary meetings, and involvement in teaching and mentoring junior doctors and medical students. There are also opportunities for clinical research and service development initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Specialist qualification in Endocrinology, eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Experience managing a broad range of endocrine conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care
- Interest in teaching, research, and service development
