Operating Theatre Assistant | Burwood

- Permanent position part-time permanent position working 24 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)

About the Team
The Burwood Operating Theatres have four operating theatres providing a vital elective surgery service for people across Canterbury.
About you
Ideally you will have an understanding of operating theatres or be comfortable and familiar with the hospital and theatre environments. You will be a vital part of the theatre team assisting with transferring patients on and off the table, restocking supplies, cleaning theatres and equipment and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the theatre suites. Your role will have a degree of autonomy; however, you’ll need exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of people in the theatre team.
