The Role: What This Opportunity’s All About
We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Planner
Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for providing and maintaining production planning systems for the Radiology Service. As a proactive self-starter, you will be able to use your strategic and analytical skills to plan, monitor and evaluate Radiology service provision in order to provide advice which is realistic and attainable, aligning with the strategy of the DHB.
You will work closely across a multi-disciplinary team, so your ability to build strong working relationships and communicate at all levels of the business will be crucial to your success in this role.
This is a challenging, but rewarding role which will require you to gather large amounts of data turning it into information to be able to suggest strategies which will make our services more efficient.
Our ideal applicant will have a tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and be capable of contributing to the design of initiatives within Radiology to achieve key result and strive for continuous improvement. Ideally you will have experience working in the health sector and have a post-graduate qualification in a quantitative discipline.
This is a permanent part time role working 16 hours per week with flexibility in how these hours are worked and is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an integrated service in Canterbury’s Health System, and further develop your skills in a busy, changing and rewarding environment.
