This position is based at Hillmorton. 

Role Responsibility:

As Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager (GM) and Operations Manager (OM), you will support the GM’s Office and Divisional Leadership Team in the following ways:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM and OM, including diary coordination, minute-taking, agenda preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison, linking the GM’s Office with activities across various services and sites.
  • Support the DLT in achieving SMHS’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage communications to and from the GM’s office.
