  • Permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week ( Wednesday and Fridays preferred - negotiable on 3rd day)

About the role

Single Point of Entry (SPOE) is a person’s initial contact with the mental health services. We streamline the way people are referred for the Adult Community Mental Health Services they require. We are a tight knit, multidisciplinary team made up of registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clinical staff in a non-front-of-house administration role
  • Answer and triage phone calls from the public, GPs, NGOs, and professionals
  • Process referrals to specialist mental health services
  • Perform accurate data entry and type letters
  • Working collaboratively in a small, supportive team

 

As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 4/Profile 4A
