About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll work closely with Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers and Candidates to support the end-to-end recruitment process and create a seamless experience for candidates. This role is based within our Canterbury office and will support roles accross Canterbury and Westcoast.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of healthcare roles
  • Coordinating interviews and recruitment activities for candidates and hiring managers
  • Completing phone screens and reference checks
  • Managing candidate enquiries and acting as a professional first point of contact
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and systems
  • Supporting pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
  • Providing administration support throughout the recruitment process
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
