About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Recruitment Partners to join our Canterbury-based team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, providing additional capacity to support recruitment activity and cover planned leave across the South Island region.
In this role, you will work as a flexible recruitment partner, supporting a wide range of roles and services as needed- confidently stepping into live vacancies at any stage, from shortlisting through to full end-to-end recruitment. You will work across a broad range of portfolios, partnering with team members/hiring managers to deliver practical, timely recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your exposure across multiple specialties, strengthen your capability in complex recruitment, and contribute to the delivery of essential health services.
About the Team/Service/Location
You will be part of a supportive and experienced Canterbury-based recruitment team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across the South Island. The team operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on partnership, responsiveness, and delivering practical and thorough recruitment solutions to our services.
About You
As a Recruitment Partner, you will bring:
- Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- Confidence in picking up new tasks, roles, portfolios, and specialties quickly
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively at pace
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A flexible, solutions-focused approach
Healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for adaptable, curious recruiters who are quick to learn and ready to contribute.
