Team Leader | Hospitality Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our teams across the West Coast. This is a varied role responsible for ensuring high-quality support services across multiple sites while fostering a positive team culture and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams across Food Services, Cleaning, Orderlies, and Laundry.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership across Greymouth, Westport, and Reefton.
- Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Oversee staffing, performance, and resource planning.
- Build strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and support quality initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Essential
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing operational services in a healthcare or similar environment is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
