About the Role
As the Regional Clinical Service Framework Developer, you will lead the
development of a comprehensive clinical services and capability repository for
Hospital and Specialist Services across Te Waipounamu. This foundational
resource will inform future service planning and delivery, ensuring equitable,
efficient, and high-quality care across the region.
You’ll work closely with clinical leaders, managers, and stakeholders across Te Whatu Ora, the Ministry of Health, and other agencies to deliver outcomes grounded in trust, collaboration, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of a regional clinical services and capability repository.
- Facilitate engagement with subject matter experts across the health spectrum.
- Apply advanced project management and system design skills to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
- Promote integration and collaboration across districts and agencies.
- Report progress and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the reputation and culture of the Te Waipounamu HSS Programme Office.
What You’ll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in health, social sciences, or business.
- Deep knowledge of the New Zealand health sector and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Proven experience in clinical project management and health service development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify health issues and propose innovative solutions.
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
